By the name of 2 400 independent hotels of the group Logis Hôtels we ask to the companies and to the individuals to mobilise to save the local jobs to reserve their next nights post-covid19 directly at the hotels.
Our small family businesses and locals need all the support they can get.
That's why we ask the reservation platforms like Booking, Expedia, Egencia, etc, to make together a immediat support plan   based on new commercial fair conditions for everyone.

Reservations in direct to save local jobs

Today the situation is resumed in two numbers :

• 18% : The commission remit by an independent hotelier for every stay done via the reservation platforms réservations,
• 400 millions € : the annual amount of the commissions paid by the independent hoteliers on these same platforms, Tomorrow every act will count !

By reserving directly (from your phone or the website), you will actively participate at relance of a sector that is hardly impacted by the actual crisis :

• For example for a 100 € reservation, that will be…100 € that goes to the hotelier and his employees ;
• 100 € will be submitted to the fiscality and will participate at the reconstruction of our public finances.

The hoteliers reclaim a new market

There is no question of boycotting the reservation platforms but to find balance together just for all the independent french hoteliers, especially when the registers are empty !

That's why we propose a project with 3 pieces :

1- A immediat support plan for the independents to relance together our activity

2- A lowering of 5 commission points on all the stays in the year 2020

3- From 2021, the alignment of the supported commissions of the independent hoteliers on the
capitalistic hotelier groups hôteliers.
